Grace and peace to you. Our First Touch team are the friendly faces that greet our guests and members with a warm smile and welcoming spirit. This team hands out worship guides and helps people navigate their way around our building.

Our Blueprint Toddlers team is committed to providing a safe and nurturing space for children to experience the true love of Jesus. Their approach includes a variety of activities such as worship, videos, skits, games, and much more.

Do you believe that children are our future? Our Blueprint Kids team is dedicated to instructing elementary students in the teachings of the bible and guiding them in building meaningful relationships with God and others. Their core mission centers on fostering the growth of the student’s life, soul, and aspirations for a lifetime.

We want our teens to be Hyped for Christ! Our Hype team empowers the next generation to know God, love people, and defend the faith. Their lessons are designed to break down the truths of scripture to help teens better understand God’s Word, helping them to be kingdom influencers in their schools, homes, and communities. Ask our teens what The Hype is about, and they will tell you, “It’s about Jesus!”

Help get potential members on track to join DWAY. Our Core Track team hosts sessions to help people in joining DWAY and provide guidance on ways to serve in ministry. They welcome guests, offer materials and provide assistance throughout the four steps of core track.

Can you build? Our Facilities team is responsible for managing the physical space. This includes scheduling and supervising custodial staff, maintenance and repairs, as well as overseeing building security systems.

Gatekeepers are responsible for creating a secure environment for worship and services. These male individuals oversee various service requirements such as offerings, tithes, and communion.

Our Hospitality team plays a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities exude excellence. They work diligently behind the scenes to prepare the building for Sunday services, baptisms, conferences, and special events.

Calling all creatives. Our Marketing team is composed of three teams: Graphics, Social Media, and Photography/Videography. Each team has its own responsibilities, including creating visual content, scheduling social media posts, and capturing photos and videos for church content.

Lights. Camera. Action. Our Production team is made up of four teams: Video Production, Lighting, Audio, and Visual. They create and edit videos, control stage lighting, run sound, and use ProPresenter for various events.

The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective (James 5:16) Our Prayer Team is dedicated to supporting the needs of DWAY members and visitors by being available to receive prayer requests during our corporate prayer time, and through other forms of communication. Additionally, this team plays a crucial role in our monthly Wednesday night prayer service.

Vocalists and musicians. Team Reach utilizes both vocals and instruments to bring forth the divine spirit of God for our DWAY attendees.

At the conclusion of the service, the Closers team takes the lead by making critical announcements, sharing upcoming events, and leading a heartfelt prayer.
